As the Channel Chief and Vice President of Indirect Partner Sales for Verizon Business, Mark leads over 700 employees to deliver Verizon Business' best-in-class customer solutions through a national channel strategy, driving profitable revenue growth and redefining the customer experience mindset for small and midsize business owners across the country.

This includes the responsibility of overseeing and building a cohesive customer-centric Partner Program across all five of Verizon Business' core sales and distribution outlets: Indirect to Business, Alternative Channel Distribution, Business Agents, Fios Mass Markets, and Mobility Co-Sell.

Prior to the role of Channel Chief, Mark was responsible for leading the B2B organization consisting of over one thousand sales professionals and leaders. The team focused on serving small and midsize businesses with innovative managed solutions for total connectivity, communications and collaboration. His team helped accelerate the recovery of midsize businesses in the U.S. with the power of Verizon's 5G network, as well as security and connectivity solutions.

Mark has nearly 25 years of sales and progressive leadership experience across various sales and business development channels and has held leadership positions in top markets across the U.S. He was directly responsible for leading one of the first Verizon Indirect Business teams in 2019. In 2020, Mark co-created LEAD Together, Verizon Business' mentorship program, which enables employees across business units to develop leadership skills.

Previously, he served as the Executive Director for the Eastern United States, leading various SMB and Strategic Data Sales teams, including Retail to Business, Indirect to Business, Security/SaaS and IoT Resell sales and operations.

Mark holds both a Bachelor Degree and an MBA in Business Management and Administration from Iona College. He serves as an Executive Sponsor of VALOR (Veterans and Advocates Leading the Organization Responsibly), Verizon's employee resource group committed to supporting active and retired military employees.
