Chris Jones serves as VP of ecosystems & partner alliances at T-Mobile for Business, where he leads partner strategy and alliance development to power ecosystem growth. He is responsible for transforming channel partnerships that bring technology alliances, solution providers, distributors, and emerging innovators together to accelerate go-to-market execution, unlock new value, and deliver differentiated customer outcomes. His leadership focuses on breaking down legacy carrier channel constructs and replacing them with a simplified, high-velocity engagement model that prioritizes co-creation, speed, and scalability. Jones drives growth across all T-Mobile business segments while fostering deep, trust-based partnerships that align ecosystem strategy and deliver better partner outcomes. With more than 30 years of industry experience, Jones brings a track record of transforming partner organizations into high-performing growth engines. Prior to joining T-Mobile, he most recently served as National Vice President for the GTT Partner Channel in North America. Jones has held a variety of executive positions in the industry and is widely recognized for delivering measurable business impact in complex, competitive environments while leading with clarity, consistency, and operational discipline. Jones’ leadership has earned broad industry recognition, including Channel Influencer of the Year (2024), and designation as a Top 20 Leader in Network and Connectivity by Channel Futures. He is a two-time Top Channel Chief award winner with Telarus and has been named among the most innovative and influential leaders in the partner ecosystem.
