Chad Townes, SVP, AT&T Partner Solutions
Chad Townes serves as Senior Vice President of AT&T Partner Solutions, where he directs strategy and sales initiatives for the company's wholesale and indirect channels. In this capacity, Mr. Townes is accountable for driving business growth, ensuring profitability, and leading digital transformation efforts across all Partner and Indirect sales channels at AT&T. His teams are focused on formulating innovative approaches to market AT&T's network and capabilities through commercial, wholesale, and referral relationships, thereby delivering comprehensive connectivity solutions to customers. Previously, Chad held the position of Senior Vice President, Customer Service & Operations, overseeing operations for nearly three million Business and Public Sector clients globally. His organization was responsible for service delivery, service assurance, customer care, and field services.He has also occupied leadership roles spanning Transformation, Consumer, Business, Wholesale, and Wireless segments, including serving as Vice President - AT&T Antenna Solutions, where he managed wireless infrastructure deployment company-wide. Chad began his career with Southwestern Bell in 1995. He holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Missouri - Columbia and has previously served on the board for the University of Missouri Executive MBA Program. He is an active golfer, sports enthusiast, and volunteers with Tour de Pier and New Hope.
