Janet Schijns, CEO and co-founder, JSG
Janet Schijns is the CEO and co-founder of JSG, a go-to-market acceleration and ecosystem advisory firm helping technology companies drive growth at scale. She is widely recognized for building high-performance go to market and channel strategies that translate directly into profitable revenue expansion, customer value realization, and durable market leadership. In 2025, Schijns and her team supported more than $6B in growth across multiple routes to market She currently serves on the boards of AvePoint, Ziro, and Axxess Networks, and regularly advises executive teams and investors on channel economics, market expansion, and operating model design. Previously, Schijns served as EVP and CMO at Office Depot, and as chief channel executive and chief marketing technologist at Verizon, where she led large-scale channel transformation and business strategy initiatives. Earlier in her career, she ran the Enterprise and Government Channel organization at Motorola. A long-time advocate for women in technology, Janet founded WomWon in 2022 to help women achieve financial independence through education, access, and leadership development.
