Reggie Scales, SVP Global Sales Applications, Vonage
Reggie Scales is the senior vice president and general manager for the Global Applications Group at Vonage. In this role, he is responsible for leading Vonage’s field, direct and indirect channel sales; customer success; and engineering teams with a focus on growth, strategy and visionary leadership to enable the success of Vonage’s SaaS lead go-to-market motion. Scales has a history of delivering better outcomes to customers by redefining the role communications plays in business. He brings more than 25 years of industry experience to Vonage. A recognized technology expert in the space, he is skilled in sales leadership, new market expansion and establishing successful go-to-market business strategy. Prior to joining Vonage, he served as senior vice president at Masergy Communications. There, he managed field sales, operations and engineering, leveraging software-defined networking with 1,200 employees to provide global hybrid networks, UCaaS, CCaaS and managed security. Prior to Masergy, Scales was a vice president and general manager of Business Services at Comcast, leading sales, marketing and engineering. He also previously served as president and senior vice president at PAETEC communications, where he led a team of 400 employees and helped the company achieve $2.5 billion in annual revenue. Scales holds a degree in communications and psychology from Salisbury University.
