Reggie Scales, President and Head of BU Application, Vonage
Reggie Scales is president and head of Business Unit Applications at Vonage. In this role, he is responsible for the company’s contact center, unified communications, and residential VoIP products, across sales, product marketing, partnerships, product and engineering, and customer success and support. Previously, Scales led Vonage’s field, direct and indirect channel sales, customer success, and engineering teams. He joined Vonage in 2018. He has more than 25 years of industry experience. Prior to joining Vonage, he served as SVP at Masergy Communications, where he was responsible for field sales, operations, and engineering, leveraging software-defined networking to provide global hybrid networks, UCaaS, CCaaS, and managed security to enterprise customers. Prior to Masergy, he was VP and GM of Business Services at Comcast, leading sales, marketing and engineering. He also served as president and SVP at PAETEC Communications, where he led a team of 400 employees and helped the company achieve $2.5 billion in annual revenue.
