Mark Sadler is a Partner with Freeman Logan, an M&A Advisory & Brokerage firm renowned for its exceptional client service and intimate approach to business relationships.
Mark has over 25 years experience in the Technology, Media & Telecommunications (TMT) industry working for some of the largest Carriers globally, as well as Silicon Valley Internet infrastructure & IOT software companies like VeriSign. In addition, Mark has also consulted with or worked for both mid-sized & small software companies in areas such as Enterprise SaaS and Mobile Commerce including significant involvement as an equity principal in a Mobile/Social Ticketing startup with real time data applications. Functionally, his strengths have coalesced around 2 main tracks - Strategy & Corporate Business Development including Mergers, Acquisitions, Divestitures, Strategic Partnerships & Alliances, and other Strategic Investments - and Product Management & Product Marketing both with a strong quantitative foundation in Finance & Business Analysis.
Mark holds a BS in Business Administration with a dual major in Finance & Accounting from Drexel University, along with Graduate Management Certificates in Executive Education on Technology Strategy & Innovation from MIT’s Sloan School of Management, and in Leadership, Marketing & International Business from Johns Hopkins University.
