Kathy Flick, VP, Strategic Channel East, Nextiva
Kathy is a former teacher and coach turned technology geek. She started out her sales journey as an Account Executive and in 6 months’ time moved into a management role. Kathy has held various roles from leading record-breaking channel sales teams to building award winning TSD programs. She was most recently promoted to VP, Strategic Partners East at Nextiva, her third promotion in 5yrs at Nextiva.
Kathy’s “hustle” along with her “survival of the fittest” mentality can be attributed to her mother’s Asian influence and her own personal battle with cancer. Outside of work Kathy’s passions are nonprofits focused on women & child welfare, cancer reasearch and animal rescue. She is a Board Member for a Charlotte non-profit and one of the founders of Dogs of Telecom which raises money annually for local Animal Rescues.
