SouthLight Services CRO Carlos Belloso has extensive experience in the communications industry. Before joining SouthLight in January, he led product strategy and full P&L for Comcast Technology Solutions’ Communications Suite, owning roadmap, monetization, and cross‑functional delivery. Belloso spearheaded Comcast’s CPaaS strategy as it focused on becoming an RCS Carrier and he drove RCS transformation to elevate customer engagement and enterprise messaging. Previously, he led a $110 million per year P&L and built high-performing team across Wholesale Voice & IP Transit. Belloso operates at the intersection of strategy, execution, and team leadership while driving growth, platform evolution, and sustained market impact with a disciplined, inclusive approach.
