Ross Artale is the CEO of Spectrotel Holding Co., LLC, a leading provider of managed network services for enterprise and mid-market organizations. With more than three decades of experience in telecommunications and technology, Artale is recognized as a visionary leader who combines strategic discipline, operational excellence, and a relentless commitment to customer experience.

Artale has been at the forefront of innovation and transformation across the communications landscape. He began his journey at MobileComm, a BellSouth company, and later held key leadership positions at multiple high-growth startups, including InfoHighway Communications, where as VP of client services he helped scale the organization into a $100 million enterprise.

At Spectrotel, Artale has led the company through a pivotal evolution—from a telecom aggregator to a technology-enabled managed network service provider (MNSP). Under his leadership, Spectrotel has modernized its service delivery model, launched its AI-powered Network Intelligence Center (NIC) platform, and advanced network management from reactive to predictive and prescriptive strategies that enhance reliability, resilience, and customer value.

Spectrotel ranked No. 33 on the 2025 MSP 501, and Artale was named an MSP 501 Executive of the Year.
