Leon is the Teams Phone practice lead for Partner, working with Telco operators and Systems Integrators building Teams Voice practices and GTM to grow market share with Partners.
He provides leadership of technology vision and go to market strategies for Teams Voice and converged communications guiding customers and partners across the technology value stack. Driving transformational change with technology to achieve business goals is his passion.
Leon joined Microsoft 10 Years ago and has worked across several portfolios recently looking after Teams in Australia and New Zealand and prior leading the Cloud and Enterprise Business Group in South Africa. Leon also spent 6 years at Cisco leading the Engineering team as CTO. Previously, Leon has held Executive positions within large Systems Integrators and Telecommunications providers.
