Mark VenutoChief Operating OfficerUS Network

Mark A. Venuto, COO of US Network, plans and directs all aspects of the company’s operational policies, objectives and initiatives. He is responsible for the attainment of short- and long-term financial and operational goals. He also leads the overall development of US Network to ensure future growth for its partners, agents and associates.  

Venuto joined US Network in 2009 after spending 26 years in the telecommunications industry, where he held executive management positions with AT&T and several CLECs. Most recently he was regional vice president, alternate channels, direct sales and specialty channels for AT&T’s business communications services. He led a team of 25 directors, associate directors, technical sales engineers and sales professionals who managed over 700 solution provider firms actively selling for AT&T. Venuto managed a total head count of 700 employees and full profit and loss responsibilities of $1 billion.  

 In addition to profit and loss, Venuto was responsible for AT&T’s BCS business smart moves sales program and the specialty sales group, which designs and sells high-speed internet solutions for industries requiring broadband connectivity to remote automated retail outlets.  

Venuto earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Ferris State University. He has earned a spot in a number of Presidents Clubs, including those for MFS, Focal, Ameritech, SBC Communications and AT&T.
