Jeff Taylor has spent more than 20 years working with channel partners. He has worked in sales, marketing, operations and programs capacities over his career, each of which has helped frame his broad perspectives on partner engagement. Taylor is a change agent who believes that an engaged partner community is a powerful competitive differentiator requiring creativity and innovation. Over the past six years, he has had numerous roles with the Lenovo channel team, introducing program, engagement and operational innovations. Prior to Lenovo, Taylor led Nortel's channel and field marketing teams, was the chief marketing officer in the insurance industry, was the director of business development for iContact and led partner sales and marketing for March Networks, a video surveillance solutions provider. He is the author of "Bigger Than the Widget", a book about the need for companies to think beyond their products to build meaningful connections with their customers. He is also co-author of a screenplay. Taylor is a graduate of Cal Poly in San Luis Obispo and received his MBA from Vanderbilt University.
