Bob Stitt has served as Vice President of Client Services at AuctusIQ since 2020. Before joining AuctusIQ, Stitt coached college football for 34 seasons and is considered the mastermind behind the Fly Sweep. He spent a combined 18 seasons as the Head Coach at the University of Montana and Colorado School of Mines and has been an assistant coach/coordinator of NCAA Football Bowl Subdivision universities, including Oklahoma State, Texas State and Harvard University.

As a head coach, Stitt used the AuctusIQ Athlete Insight Assessment to help find diamonds in the rough on the recruiting trail and how to best manage each athlete and give them the best chance to overachieve. As a result, Stitt’s teams achieved high success on the field. At Colorado Mines, he took a dormant program and turned it into a consistent winner. In 15 years, the Orediggers won 108 games and three conference championships and advanced to the national playoffs three times.

Now, as Vice President at AuctusIQ, Stitt uses his experience as a head coach to help other athletic organizations identify talent, coach and develop that talent, in order to give them the best chance to win.
