Anirudh Srinivasraghavan heads strategy and operations for WorkMarket, ADP’s contingent work-focused business. He helps define and drive WorkMarket’s strategy, forge strategic partnerships to scale the business and leads back-end operations to ensure seamless client, worker and associate experience. Prior to ADP, Srinivasraghavan was a strategy leader across the U.S. and India for Bain & Co. He developed deep expertise in market entry, growth strategy, go-to-market strategy, operational transformations and private equity due diligence. He holds a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Bombay and an MBA from Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Calcutta.
