Lucas SalvageChief Revenue Officer, PartnerKairos Data Communications

Lucas Salvage is a co-founder, partner and CRO at Kairos Data Communications. He spent the previous 15+ years building OnCall Telecom, one of the nation’s largest communications and cloud agencies. As senior vice president, Salvage was responsible for OnCall’s continued growth and stability. He provided leadership in sales, operations and client success divisions of the company. With a strong and strategic focus on the enterprise client, Salvage designed voice and data solutions for some of the country’s largest companies, spanning all verticals.  

 

Prior to OnCall, Salvage spent three years with KMC Telecom where he was repeatedly recognized for exceptional client service. Before that, he was a senior strategic account executive for Goodman Consulting and Technology. 

 

Salvage served on the Lumen (CenturyLink) Advisory Council from 2014 to 2016, and in 2016 was a member of the Vonage Business Advisory Board. He helped both organizations provide a better channel experience for their partners and customers. In 2020, Salvage served on the VergX Advisory Board and since 2018 has been a key member of Avant Advisory Council. He was also featured in the March 2018 Channel Outlaws Podcast from Intelisys and ScanSource.  

 

In addition, Salvage has served on the New Century Technology Council, helping to bridge the gap between local businesses and colleges, and has also served on the ECPI Advisory Board helping to improve the curriculum for their students. He holds a bachelor’s degree in communications with a dual concentration on advertising and public relations from Ithaca College.
