Warren Reyburn, SVP Technology Division, SIB Fixed Cost Reduction
Warren Reyburn serves as the senior vice president, technology division for SIB Fixed Cost Reduction. He brings more than 22 years of experience in telecommunications and technology solutions development and consulting. His executive leadership roles have encompassed engineering, operations and sales functions. In addition to his telecom network background, other areas of subject matter expertise include regulatory matters and related taxation, SAAS expense management, public cloud expense management, and supporting software. His experience in telecommunications dates back to 2001. He has worked in a variety of roles within the competitive local exchange carrier (CLEC) and managed service provider (MSP) spaces. Throughout his career, Reyburn has been recognized for solution development, diversity initiatives and company growth. He has served on advisory boards with Verizon, 8x8 and, most recently, Crown Castle. He holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Delaware.
