Susan O'Sullivan is vice president of U.S. diversity, equity and inclusion for Ingram Micro. In this role, she is responsible for developing and executing creative strategies to foster U.S. DE&I goals within Ingram Micro and externally in the communities where employees live and work. Her focus includes recruiting and hiring strategies, continuing and enhancing DE&I training and development programs, and working with Ingram Micro's U.S. employee resource groups (ERGs) to further their advocacy efforts. Throughout her career, O’Sullivan has made community support a significant priority.
In her previous role as vice president of U.S. sales, O’Sullivan was responsible for national solution providers, enterprise accounts, public sector, SMB and mid-tier VAR. She joined Ingram Micro in 1990 as an assistant sales representative. She has proven herself an effective leader and has been promoted several times, from sales manager to senior sales manager to director for national accounts to director in e-solutions, sales recruiting and vendor authorizations.
