Darcee Nelan is a technology-channel executive, former CEO, and current President of the Board of Directors of IQ Wired, a boutique, women-owned Technology Advisory firm focused on aligning complex technology decisions with business strategy and measurable outcomes. She served as CEO of IQ Wired for nearly a decade, leading the company through sustained growth, operational maturity, and cultural evolution. With a career spanning both sales and operations, Darcee brings a uniquely integrated perspective on how organizations scale revenue while maintaining operational discipline and service excellence.
During her tenure as CEO, Darcee set and executed strategic priorities that guided IQ Wired through long-term growth and organizational maturity. She built a service-led, accountable sales organization centered on long-term customer outcomes, developing advisors who operate as trusted consultants rather than transactional sellers. Working closely with her successor, Kelly Forsyth, she helped establish a scalable sales model that ensured leadership continuity, performance, and cultural alignment. Under her leadership, IQ Wired was recognized three times by the Denver Business Journal as the Best Place to Work, reinforcing her belief that culture is a strategic growth lever.
Darcee also serves as Board Chair of the Technology Channel Sales Professionals (TCSP) Association, the first nonprofit trade association dedicated to advancing and protecting technology advisors in the indirect channel. She played a pivotal role in TCSP’s formation and continues to help shape its mission, working to establish professional standards, education, research, and advocacy frameworks that elevate service-led, consultative selling across the industry.
