In 2020, she was instrumental in forming a coalition of top master agents and direct sellers to address the impact of new government regulations on rural healthcare. This initiative led to the establishment of the Technology Channel Sales Professional (TCSP) Association, the first nonprofit trade association representing the interests of sales agents in the channel.
