As leader of the partner managed and as-a-service sales team for small and medium business, Marks leads a team that creates new offers with its service provider and MSP partnersfrom idea to service launch. He has extensive experience in sales, business development and program management with service providers and MSPs. Prior to joining Cisco in 2007, Marks held a leadership position driving a Cisco-based hosted unified communications solution at a Cisco partner. He began his career in IT as a network and systems administrator with Electronic Data Systems (EDS) in 1997.
