Mr. Logan serves as the Managing Advisor at Freeman Logan M&A Advisors, renowned for its exceptional client service and intimate approach to business relationships. With co-partners Cheryl Freeman and Mark Sadler at the helm, Freeman-Logan boasts a wealth of industry expertise, offering tailored support in corporate strategy, marketing, and business development. His expertise extends to providing comprehensive services in commercial due diligence, valuation, deal structuring support, and negotiation. Additionally, he is proficient in advising clients on growth strategies to enhance enterprise value before a sale.

In his prior role as Chair and Founding Trustee of the UVA IDEA Fund (Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, Advocacy), Mr. Logan played a pivotal role in guiding the organization and strategic direction of this 12-year-old Alumni fund. His responsibilities included collaborating with University administration to identify and prioritize investment initiatives, as well as overseeing fund development. He was instrumental in developing strategies to raise funds from University alumni and corporate fundraising efforts.

Mr. Logan's diverse background in management consulting and corporate sectors is extensive, including roles at MarketBridge, Accenture, and Coopers & Lybrand. His industry experience encompasses positions at GTE, CSX Fiber Networks, and Espire Communications, where he demonstrated proficiency in marketing, product management, and growth strategy.

He holds the distinguished Certified Board Advisor™ certification (Center for Strategic Business Integrity), a testament to his exceptional managerial talents, executive leadership, and commitment to responsible corporate governance and strategic decision-making.

Mr. Logan's academic achievements include an MBA from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business and a BS in Systems Engineering from the University of Virginia.
