Katrina Hall joined Vonage in 2015 as a senior product manager, focusing on SIP trunking. Her role evolved into managing the UCaaS and CCaaS portfolio for the enterprise product team. She launched Vonage’s first contact center suite and since then expanded her role into solutions engineering to pursue her passion of designing solutions for our customers.
Hall has more than 20 years of experience in designing, developing and engineering VoIP communications and brings a plethora of expertise in all aspects of the customer journey. She has extensive experience in building contact center solutions for Vonage’s Salesforce customers.
