Will Goodman, Managing Director, Moelis & Company
William Goodman is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company, where he advises clients in the technology sector with a focus on technology services and digital infrastructure. Goodman has nearly 20 years of investment banking experience, with expertise in mergers and acquisitions and leveraged finance transactions, as well as strong financial sponsor relationships. Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Goodman was a Senior Managing Director of Tech Investment Banking at SVB Securities. He was previously a Managing Director at UBS and began his investment banking career at Oppenheimer & Co. and Redwood Capital Group.
