Pawel Gieniec is the CEO and founder of CloudAdmin.io, a cloud cost-optimization platform that helps busy executives identify areas of overspending in seconds. Over the past decade, Gieniec has earned a reputation for remaining at the forefront of tech. In 2011, as principal software developer at Zynga, he wrote highly scalable infrastructure — servicing 354 million monthly users — for App Store’s most downloaded game ever. After Zynga acquired OMGPOP, Gieniec was promoted to game studio CTO. Within three weeks, he identified gross overspending and reduced the organization’s annual cloud bill by $1.5 million. In 2013, he went on to build the world’s first on-demand, valet parking concept. As LUXE’s no. 1 employee, he developed the mobile application’s technical infrastructure from scratch. Four years later, Volvo acquired the startup for $75.5 million. In 2017, Gieniec created CloudAdmin.io — the cloud infrastructure solution he wished he’d had while crunching numbers in his previous roles.
