Gallo has previously been named one of the Top 100 under 50 Executive Leaders by Diversity MBA magazine.

 A frequent speaker for Cisco global partner events and industry activities, he is an executive sponsor of the Cisco Social Justice Initiative and co-founder of the Alpha Phi Alpha Endowed Scholarship at the Rochester Institute of Technology. Gallo received his MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, a master's in engineering management from Washington State University and a bachelor's in electrical engineering from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
