Rich Freeman is Channel Mastered's Chief Analyst. One of the tech industry's most experienced, respected authorities on the SMB channel, Rich has covered every company, product announcement, partner program, market shift, and revenue opportunity worth knowing about and interviewed every CEO, channel chief, and thought leader who matters in the industry. Rich is also founder and executive editor of Channelholic, an online publication that covers the most significant trends, overlooked stories, innovative products, and interesting vendors in the worlds of managed services, AI, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and tech M&A. In 2024, Channelholic won ConnectWise's first-ever IT Nation Torch Award for Media Excellence. Earlier in his career, Rich was founding editor and executive editor of The ChannelPro Network, a top source of news and insights for IT providers who serve small and midsize businesses.
