After serving 4 years in the United States Marine Corps where he was awarded the Joint Service Commendation Medal for his meritorious achievement during Operation Desert Fox, Patrick Foster began his career in the High-Tech industry at Dell. There, he was instrumental in implementing an online ordering process for educational customers. Patrick later began working with ADTRAN in 2006, managing their outsourced Inside Channel Sales team. After being hired by ADTRAN as a Partner Development Manager, he has held many positions in the channel team, worked on cross-functional projects, managed regions and shown himself to be a natural leader. A member of the inaugural ADTRAN Chairman's Club, Patrick has a record of delivering year-over-year sales growth. He has worked with ADTRAN partners to introduce new product lines and solutions, led vertical and marketing initiatives, and is now working directly with ADTRAN's distributors. Patrick and his family live on a working ranch in central Texas.
