Caroline Cashion, National Channel Director, CommandLink
Caroline has spent 14 years in telecom, building her career in aggregation and the channel, where she does her best work. She began at Reallinx, where she signed the company’s first agent alliance agreement and helped drive growth leading up to its acquisition by GTT. Around the time of the acquisition, Caroline took an opportunity on the direct side and quite literally “did some time” as a Senior Account Executive at Windstream. It was a short but valuable chapter that confirmed she is wired for the channel. She went on to serve as Director of Sales and Strategic Partnerships for Ntegrated, a Dallas-based aggregator, where she led teams and drove millions in annual revenue growth over the seven years she spent there. She is passionate about disciplined execution, strategic enterprise selling, and building high-performance sales cultures that scale. Caroline joined CommandLink two years ago to step fully into the enterprise space and operate at a larger, more strategic level and that is exactly where she is today
