Chris Carabello is senior director of product marketing for Microsoft. He has more than 25 years’ experience in sales and marketing to both consumers and businesses and for competitive and incumbent carriers. In his current role, Carabello leads product marketing for its Metaswitch division's business services products and oversees its global marketing support program and consultancy for its service provider customers.
Caravello joined Metaswitch in 2007 after having served as director of marketing for Broadview Networks, where he steered the company’s branding and channel management and supported the successful market introductions of hosted UC and its converged IP product portfolio. Before that, Caravello served in senior marketing positions at AT&T where he launched its e-commerce initiative and led distribution of its IP products to small businesses through tremendous growth.
Caravello holds a bachelor’s degree from Villanova University and a master’s degree in business administration from Rutgers University.
