Nathan Cabbil is an entrepreneur, venture capital and private equity investor. He is a former senior operating executive with over 25 years of experience driving business transformation and operational change for companies in diverse, rapidly evolving industries. A consistent theme of success throughout his career has been his ability to help companies navigate highly competitive markets and overcome internal, systematic challenges to achieve notable business growth and profit performance.

Cabbil is a founder, organizer, and director of Integro Bank, a denovo community bank and the fastest growing bank in the state of Arizona. He serves on the Audit, Risk Management, and Community Engagement committees. He also helped start the Integro Bank Foundation whose primary objective is to foster small business growth through grants and education. He was an operating partner with Huron Capital, serving as a board director of a portfolio company in the manufacturing & services sector, which had a successful exit.

Nathan holds a bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Wayne State University, and graduated at the top of his class in the GE Manufacturing Management Program and The GE Corporate Audit Staff. He has completed Six Sigma Master Black Belt and Advanced Master Black Belt courses. He has also participated in executive development courses at The Wharton School of Business, GE Crotonville, The Center for Creative Leadership, and The Deloitte Leadership Academy.
