This special Channel Partners Sales Management Workshop is being presented in collaboration with John “Coach K” Klymshyn who has developed The Klymshyn Method—a philosophy and practice of committing to clarity and working to master “Precision of Language.” It is designed for those looking to elevate their skill set when it comes to managing sales teams and achieving high levels of success when it comes to growing revenue and inspiring sales teams. Part 1: Managing Your Current Sales Team
This workshop presented by author, speaker and coach John “Coach K” Klymshyn is designed for channel partners who want to learn new techniques to motivate and inspire their existing sales team. During this workshop, Coach K will discuss two critical concepts, one he calls “The 15 Minutes of Fame” (with apologies to Andy Warhol) and the other titled the Sales Management Triangle. To master Fifteen Minutes of Fame, Klymshyn will help leaders frame out the process for conducting effectively weekly meetings between manager and salesperson to discuss hot prospects, pending deals, recent results and expectations for the next week. Attendees will gain an understanding of The Sales Management Triangle, which is a process for managing people and understanding everything your salespeople go through in their professional lives. Klymshyn will dive deep into the triangle which consists of hitting your numbers, maintaining low churn and avoiding drama.
