MSP Peer Group Session: How to Lead Boldly
Where MSP leaders get real about how to lead and what's getting in the way.
Attention Attendees: This peer group session is designed for those in leadership roles at MSPs with 5 to 50 employees. Owners, C-Suite, sales and service managers are all welcome--as space permits—who want to hear advice and best practices from their peers. It is a closed-door session where conversations are held in complete confidence. A professional peer group facilitator will moderate the discussion to ensure all voices are heard. No vendors, suppliers, or distributors are permitted—only operators of MSP/IT services providers.
Many IT professionals working for managed services providers were promoted because they excelled in their previous roles, not because they were trained to lead. In these newfound leadership positions, executives are now juggling competing expectations, unclear direction, and teams that aren't always aligned. If this scenario sounds familiar, this session will serve as a space for managers and leaders to reset, reflect, and gain practical insights about what leadership actually looks like in a growing MSP.
Facilitated by Steve Alexander, CEO of MSP-Ignite, a national peer community helping MSP leaders build stronger, more aligned businesses, this peer group session focuses on the habits, tools, and conversations that drive performance and accountability. This isn't a motivational talk—it's a working session for leaders who want to grow themselves, not just their teams.

Most importantly, it provides time to connect with other leaders solving the same challenges and learn from practitioners in the trenches.
