Every owner is curious about the value of their business, but very few understand how valuations are determined. Likewise, few business owners and leaders of technology advisory firms understand the process of selling a business or how to maximize the transaction value and proceeds of a sale. Every leader and owner must determine their path forward to enhance the value of a technology business in preparation for an eventual exit. This session will explore M&A trends in the IT and telecommunications services. There will be a specific focus for agents and direct sellers in the connectivity channel industry on valuations of public and privately held businesses as determined from previous transactions.
