Likewise, few business owners and senior channel leaders understand the process of selling a business or how to maximize the transaction value and proceeds of a sale. Every senior leader and owner must determine their path forward to enhance the value of a technology business in preparation for an eventual exit. An exit is just a reality no matter closely tied to the business the founder is today or how much the ownership loves the organization they have built. This session will explore M&A trends in the IT and telecommunications services industry including valuations of public technology businesses and valuations of privately held businesses as determined from previous M&A transactions.
