In this session, the Cloud Native Computing Foundation, an open-source software foundation that promotes the adoption of cloud-native computing, will present their Cloud Native Maturity Model. Inspired by their separate experiences working with large, complex organizations to build and deliver upon program road maps, they have developed a multidimensional framework to gauge where an organization is on their cloud-native journey and discover the gaps to address in order to progress to subsequent levels of maturity. In this session, channel partners will gain insight from their work sorting through the abundance of tools and logos which can often be overwhelming. During this session, these cloud experts hope to provide a general foundation for navigating the landscape. In addition, they expanded their focus far beyond pure technology with guidance and commentary around policies, processes, people, business outcomes and security.
